   I'm trying to root an Alcatel A3 that goes under the TCL brand as A509DL. Getting around the TracFone system is proving to be quite a chore. I can get it done but I just don't want to pay TracFone $38 again when I purchase the phone outright 2 years ago. I would like some input as I'm doing this for fun. I can always plug it into my machine but I like the challenge.
